SHIPPING

It takes 1–2 business days to process your order. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse with 5–10 business days tracked delivery, unless the item is available in our UK warehouse, in which case it will be shipped with 1–2 business days tracked delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Please note this is an estimate and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms.

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may be required to pay an import fee upon delivery.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there.

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, customs duties or import fees may apply.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT, so additional customs and import charges may be required when the product arrives from our warehouse in China. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any such fees.
