Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
The product must be in brand new condition, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the seal has been broken or the product has been used, unless it is an approved warranty case.
The product must also be returned in its original packaging.
Right of withdrawal by law
Under Swedish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in essentially unchanged condition, meaning it must not have been used or unsealed if it is a hygiene product.
Please contact us via our contact form to inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.
365-day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 365-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 365 days—regardless of the reason. To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, the item must be unused, in brand new condition, and in its original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products.

Uncollected parcels
When your order is shipped from us, it will be delivered to a collection point, and you will receive a notification via SMS, email, or the PostNord app.
The parcel will remain for 7 days before being automatically returned to us.
If you do not collect your parcel in time, it will be registered as a return from the collection point.
To cover the cost of handling, shipping, and administration, you will be charged a fee of £15.
Discount codes
Discount codes are only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be added or refunded afterwards. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a valid code before completing payment.
Important information:
If you have changed your mind, you still need to collect the parcel and return it via our standard return process.
Uncollected parcels are always charged a £15 handling fee, regardless of the reason.
Once the parcel has been returned, your order will automatically be cancelled.
The value of the items will be refunded minus the £15 handling fee.
If you have not yet paid the invoice, the amount will be adjusted. If you have already paid, we will refund the difference.
If we are unable to deduct the fee from your payment, a separate invoice will be sent.
Tip: You can often extend the collection time directly in the PostNord app—free of charge.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us using our contact form.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot accept your cancellation request.
Shipping
We will provide instructions by email on where to send your item for return.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
